The quantity of any Product ordered by you and the quantity of Product supplied to you may vary. Please note that while we take utmost care to supply exact quantity of Product ordered by you, due to the nature of Products, it is not possible that the exact quantity of Product that you have ordered will be supplied. The price displayed on the Platform is in relation to the particular quantity of Product as provided on the Platform and against such Product. Therefore, the price displayed for your order will also be on the basis of the weight / description of the Product ordered by you. Any excess amount paid by you shall be refunded to you and the mode of refund shall be as determined by Fresh and Fetch from time to time, such as, credit to wallet. Any additional amount that you are liable to pay, shall be collected at the time of delivery of the Product.

Fresh and Fetch may charge such delivery and handling charges as it may in its sole discretion determine from time to time and applicable taxes.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala. Waiver of Class Action Rights By entering into this terms and condition, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to join claims with those of other in the form of a class action or similar procedural device. Domestic Use Users who access the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. Assignment You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone.
